Peaceful Valley Cabinetry has evolved and experienced a multitude of changes throughout its 25 years in business, one aspect has remained a constant from which the Beachy family has never wavered: their unrelenting pursuit to challenge themselves to excellence, every day in every way. The phrase “good enough” does not align with the high standards that are intrinsic within the Peaceful Valley culture. The Family And Roles
​
Joseph and Ada Beachy were blessed with the privilege of bringing eight tender souls into this world; the first three were boys, then next two girls, followed by a second set of three boys. Joseph and Ada raised their children in the spirit of their traditional Amish heritage. The organic development of Peaceful Valley Cabinetry and the maturing of the Beachy children occurred in tandem; two separate cars, in the same train, barreling down the tracks of time as one. The three eldest Beachy sons currently comprise the Leadership Team alongside Joseph. It bears mentioning that each of them have unique talents, and they naturally gravitated towards the critical role that best suited them. Truman is the Head of the Finishing Department while Jonathan is the Head of the Shop. William discovered that he has a natural aptitude for business operations, which has set him up for success as CEO. The different gifts bestowed on each of the three eldest sons brings to mind 1 Peter 4:10 – Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. Aaron, the youngest son, has found his niche as the cabinet designer for Peaceful Valley’s retail clientele. Both sisters have also found their places within the company; Wilma works in the finishing department, while Lucy wears varies hats. Some days she assists Joseph in his office; on others, she has taken on the role of Design Specialist for all of the lines of window fashions that are offered through the Beachy’s other company, Interiors Premier. While it is primarily known for its extensive selections of flooring, tile, and most anything else one would need for a home project. Interiors Premier now functions as a full-fledged design studio, which is a huge relief to many Peaceful Valley Cabinetry clients who appreciate the simplicity of Interiors Premier serving as a one-stop shop.
